Amelia Phillips, of the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette and 2005 RCC graduate, won the POYi Award Of Excellence for her photograph of "THE SOLDIER'S WIFE". Her image was part of a year-long photostory she did of a wife who's husband had been deployed to Iraq. read more...
